Chef Tommy has always had a great passion for good food. With over 10 years of experience, this amazing culinary maestro was the Executive Chef of the Raintree Club and the outlet chef for Brycg. Fun fact: Brycg was the first restaurant in Malaysia to introduce New Orleans staples like Gumbo and Jambalaya.   While working at La Boca Latino Bar, he curated dishes for various South American Embassies’ events that involved countries like Venezuela, Brazil and Cuba. His exceptional culinary skills are showcased in Chinese, Sino Western, Louisiana, Spanish and South American fusion cuisine. He has a deep love for creating dynamic dishes and always strives to perfect everything from seafood to sauces. Based in Kuala Lumpur, Chef Tommy enjoys boxing and drifting in his spare time.   We are excited that Chef Tommy has made his way to our dahmakan kitchen and continues to delight us with his unparalleled experience and culinary passion.

Chef Chou's amazing culinary journey spans many cuisines and kitchens. With a drive to constantly strive for more, Chef Chou has transformed the shape of cooking altogether through a blitzing career of over 20 years to date. As Chef De Partie at the First World Hotel’s First World Cafe, he curated gastronomical concepts and ensured that the iconic landmark offered an epicurean experience like no other. With over 15 years of his extraordinary career with Resort World Berhad and the First World Hotel, Chef Chou is no stranger to the First World brand. In 2016, he was selected as the Executive Sous Chef by the Chinese Halal Kitchen to oversee the entire food operation and menu creation for various airline’s Economy, Business and First Class flights. He was an integral part of a production kitchen that prepared 45,000 to 55,000 meals daily! After that, Chef Chou also served as the Area Chef at Nam Heong Ipoh Kopitiam. We are beyond to excited that Chef Chou is now creating amazing dishes and bringing his passion for worldly cuisine to our dahmakan kitchen.
